Pagabo Framework Agreement

“It was a worrying time for the sector, as construction fell to record levels, but despite the extraordinary circumstances, we have seen a huge amount of customer access agreements – which shows the crucial role that framework conditions play in the direction of recovery. The framework operates on a regional basis throughout England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland and divides projects into lots of US$5 million to US$15 million, US$15 million to US$30 million and US$30 million. We maintain positions on all lots in England and Wales, thanks to our network of local construction offices (LCOs), we are well positioned to offer an excellent level of local customer service to meet the needs of customers. Click here to view the European Union Official Journal`s contract submission for this framework. The framework, first announced this summer, has a four-year term, with the possibility of extending for an additional 16 months until April 2026. It is open to all public bodies, including schools, universities, local authorities, police and emergency services, NHS organisations, health care providers and housing companies, as well as central authorities and the Ministry of Defence. Procurement can be demanding, complex and tedious. With Pagabo, we make things faster, easier and more efficient. Our framework agreements connect you to the right contractors for a wide range of construction parts, services and products. They are free to access, easy to use and fully compliant with frames suitable for any purchase project.

The results? Projects that run smoothly, quickly and offer real value for money. It`s as simple as that. On behalf of Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust, Pagabo will create a framework for developers capable of delivering development programmes in the UK to the entire public sector. The framework will cover all types of operations managed by developers in the construction industry. This framework, managed by Pagabo on behalf of the Education Alliance, a multi-Academy Trust, can be used to commission a whole series of works. Jason Stapley, Managing Director of Pagabo, said: “We are very pleased to launch the first developer-led framework at this stage to help public bodies work with critical developers to build a better future. The owner of the public land is associated with his private partner of one or more sites for part of the profits. Flexibility to add other sites by agreement. The framework includes three lots: The development of the property through the Joint Venture (JV) and the Special Vehicle Purpose (SPV), long income Lease and Lease Back and Property Development Single Site by Development Agreement. This framework, managed by Pagabo on behalf of Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust, can be used to order major construction projects worth more than 5 million pounds. “The government has already suggested that infrastructure should be a priority across Britain – and much of a `return to normality` and a framework for developers to work on a compliant system, a secure framework will help create a more robust sector.
