Caa Service Level Agreement

Aviation Registry Group, as part of an exclusive service level and best practice agreement, the San Marino Civil Aviation Authority supports investments, marketing, CAA staff training, specialized advice and ICAO regulatory support. Transactions related to the registration or disinscribing of an aircraft (above) may be concluded on the same day as the receipt of all the necessary information made available to the SRG1750: request for service on the same day – registration of an aircraft has been filed and the corresponding fee has been paid. To provide this service, the form, fees and all accompanying documents must be received up to 1100 of the day concerned. If CaaB does not meet the Section 2 service availability guarantee, which is exposed in Section 2, CaaB will repay or credit the customer, as a good faith deed, for less than (a) US$5,000 or (b) one month`s bill.
