If your password has been compromised and you notify EECU within two business days of discovering the loss or misappropriation, you cannot lose more than 50 $US. If you do not notify EECU within two business days, you can lose up to 500 $US if the credit union could have stopped using your accounts if it had been notified in time. You should contact eecU or, if applicable, the invoice payment provider if you notice any errors or inconsistencies in your account statement or transaction record or if you need information about a transaction on the account statement or all transactions. EECU must hear from you no later than 60 days after sending the first statement on which the problem or error occurred (if you inform EECU orally, you may need to submit your complaint or question in writing or electronically within 10 working days). If you do not notify EECU within the 60-day period, you will not be able to recover any of the lost funds if EECU is able to prove that the loss could have been avoided if you had submitted the notification in a timely manner. EECU may extend these delays for good reasons such as out-of-town travel or prolonged hospitalizations. 20. ACCOUNT AND CONTACT INFORMATION. You may receive notification of all payments returned through the service. and (d) integration. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the Parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement and all prior agreements, understandings and assurances relating to this matter are deleted in their entirety.
